When a long-term customer faced recurring roller failures while utilizing competitive bearings, the root cause wasn’t obvious. Multiple variables, from crimp quality to bearing alignment, made the issue difficult to isolate.
Our engineering team partnered closely with the customer, evaluating samples, testing new configurations,
and reviewing assembly processes in detail. Through collaboration across engineering, QA, and production, we
identified key performance factors – particularly proper crimping, runout control, and bearing selection.
THE RESULT? A more stable, longer-lasting roller solution that improved performance and reduced failures.
