Load and Life
At 1250#, these bearings are designed to far exceed CEMA standards providing longer life at heavier load ratings. Precise machined outer races combined with the use of higher precision chrome steel balls provide more than double the load rating of our popular 3000 Series stamped unground commercial non precision line of conveyor bearings. The 3100 Series was designed for loading zones and heavier abuse.
Optional Features
Choose from metal shields, poly or felt seals, steel sealing rings and regreasable inner race ports or grease domes to tailor your 3100 Series bearing for your specific environment.
Premium Blended Grease
Lubrication plays a critical role in the life and performance of conveyor bearings. For our 3100 Series Semi-Precision bearings, we have selected and tested a state of the art lithium complex grease to match tougher operating environments, especially when used in higher temperatures while also providing excellent mechanical stability. This grease has been formulated with a special additive package which insures high film strength, and extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. Recommended continuous use operating temperature range is from -22°F to 355°F.
Interchangeablility
The 3100 Series Semi-Precision bearings match dimensionally with FRANTZ 3000 Series of Unground Commercial Non-Precision bearings for applications requiring heavier load ratings. Additionally, the FRANTZ 3100 Series interchanges with competitor bearings providing a cost effective, Made in USA choice for your bearing requirements.
